Bronze San Martin

So yeah, this is a homage to Seiko’s 62MAS. Almost. Because, you see, Seiko never made the original, or any of the re-issues in bronze. This one is in bronze. I mean, did you notice it’s made from bronze? Kidding aside, I’d be rather hesitant to put real money into a bronze watch from say Panerai (or any other of the plethora of brands that jumped on the bandwagon when bronze was having its heyday). But this cute thing? Oh for sure.
I find the beauty of it in the sterile dial and the fact that it actually has a Seiko movement inside – and believe it or not but on the wrist, over a week or longer, this thing runs at +0 seconds a day.
